Hi!!

I want to share a new project, this time this will be a gift for my mother and I want to finish it soon, so for the moment I will stop for a moment my current rotation.

The pattern is from Little house needlework, well in fact are 12 patterns called "Little sheep virtues"

And "sheeps in the meadow" being these pattern the center of the project.

I will stitch the words in spanish and use Dmc floss on Ecru Aida 14ct

By the moment I only have two virtues to share with you

Today I want to share a fantastic designer and person, his name is Chase, I know him because his Instagram profile @stitcher.linguist

In the past months he started to design his own patterns with a lot of special stitches and a lot of different kind of threads but all in a historic inspiration.

I love all his designs because he started with "aztec" designs, for me as a mexican girl I know that find this kind of beautiful patterns with this history behind is very hard.

I downloaded the first design that is a freebie.

The second amazing sampler that I found is from the designer Jardin Privé

I have been very happy with my rotation and progress in this months, but I couldn't resist the temptation of this pattern so I start it!!

stitch on Hardanger 22ct 1x1

I love to stitch my HAED's on Hardanger but I used to stitch with 2 strands of floss, now I decided to try with 1 strand, I already made my test of coverage and I like it.

This is all the Pretty floss, let me tell you that I'm obsessed with the colors of this chart:

This is my start the first 550 stitches 259450 stitches for do XD

Now was the turn of my cat and I thing I made a good progress of it, It's a very challenging pattern because the blending threads and a lot of change of colors in very small areas any way the result is amazing and I love it!!
